Every business is different — which is why Bloom & Belong does not believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. All engagements begin with a free 30-minute HR Health Check where we discuss your business, your team size, and your specific needs. From there I put together a straightforward proposal that reflects exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less.
Fractional HR retainers start at $1,500 per month. Project-based work such as compliance audits and employee handbooks is quoted based on scope.
